As the Director of Hospitality & Leisure Operations, at Katara Cultural Village, Mrs. Kholoud spearheaded and started the operations of the company. She implemented systems, policies and procedures applicable to Hospitality and commercial operations of the project in conjunction with various functional areas/executives.

In this role, she exercised autonomous decision making authority within the areas of Hospitality Operations, strategic planning, concept review and development and consequently present these concepts to the Management for approval, which became her success weapon.

Later, she served as the Hospitality Advisor for Aspire Zone Foundation, Doha, Qatar. In this role, she worked closely with the Office of the President for the conceptualization, review and/or development of strategic plans and operations relating to the operations of all hospitality outlets and subsidiaries under the foundation (F&B operations, Torch Hotel, Aspire Academy, Ladies’ Club).

Another feather gets added to her hat with the launch of yet another exciting shopping destination – 21 High St.. Right from the conceptualization to the designing and finally bringing it for the Qatari consumers, Kholoud bears it all. She was involved in the selection of the brands, selection of retail gourmet items as well as creative and Pre-opening and launching activities of 21 High st.
