A highly motivated individual, Kholoud Al Hail has been a successful businesswoman in Doha for more than 20 years. Having started humble, She never looked back. Her colorful career has brought her to achieve notable milestones that have contributed to her country: from successfully delivering the scope of the largest directorate in the 15th Doha Asian Games Organizing Committee last 2006 to organizing and executing the inaugural ceremony of the world renowned Museum of Islamic Art; to name a few of her first achievements. During this time, she was 2 months pregnant and gave birth when she was part of the closing teams of the Committee. This speaks of her strong commitment to achieve success. She simultaneously founded and built Aspire Katara Hospitality (AKH) in 2007, where she currently serves as the CEO of more than 1000 personnel in Qatar and in Europe.

Today Aspire Katara Hospitality (AKH) has evolved to become a leading Qatari-owned and internationally known, vertically integrated and innovative Hospitality, Retail and Events development and management company. Its expertise lies in covering the entire spectrum of Hospitality, including Retail and Events management. SHOWCASING LEADERSHIP QUALITIES RIGHT FROM THE START
Kholoud Mohamed Al Hail is the first Qatari Female who graduated from hospitality management.
While studying Science at Qatar University, passion for hospitality came naturally to her. At a very young age in 1993, she volunteered in Hamad Medical Corporation for the catering department where she used to stay in the kitchen and subsequently discovered her passion for Food and Catering. While being just a volunteer, she surprised the management with her innovative ideas, where she noticed that everyone in the team was busy making sure that the food served to the patients is perfect, while she decided to look at the food wastage that was coming back in the trays. Noticing that the whole fruits were always returned, she introduced a fresh fruit salad plate for the patients.

Her creative streak and her undeterred attention towards details brought her job in Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) in Doha, Qatar. Looking at her innovative capabilities, HMC sponsored her to study Catering & Hospitality Management in the University of Brighton, UK. Climbing ladders of success year-on-year on the virtue of her determination and hard work, she adorned the position of the youngest woman Director of Catering. When she was holding this position, she started to work in planning, budgeting, etc,… and that’s how Khouloud Al Hail started making a mark in the catering and food industry of Qatar.
