DOHA ASIAN GAMES 2006

Her exemplary leadership qualities led her to simultaneously take the role of Catering Program Manager for Doha Asian Games. It came as the most challenging task with the highest budget allotted in the country (1 billion), and as she likes to gain knowledge from others, she requested the management to hire someone for her position for 1 year.

 

 

Obliging to her requirements, the Asian Games Organizing Committee hired an experienced Australian Lady who helped Khouloud to accomplish this task successfully.

After finishing the duties flawlessly, she became the Director of Games Service. She and her team took the contract and checked the requisite obligations as a Host City in terms of Games Services department and they created a Matrix (Level of Service), which impressed the management. The same Matrix is still being used as a learning model.

Her creative pursuits and her perseverance helped her mold in every role she was selected for. After Doha Asian Games, she worked with Qatar Museums Authority as Deputy CEO for Corporate Support and she successfully fulfilled the responsibility as Project Manager for the Museum of Islamic Art, Grand Inauguration ceremony.

Simultaneously, she was the Managing Director of the Diplomatic Club while carrying out the responsibilities in other organizations.
